When purchasing your equipment, MIL’S offers to carry out its installation and commissioning. You will benefit from an installation carried out by a professional who will train you on its use.
Maintenance solutions
As a manufacturer, MIL’S offers you the guarantee of original manufacturer parts.
Our after-sales service can intervene on site, on request or under contract, and thus offer you personalized maintenance for your equipment. In addition, we have authorized maintenance centers all over the world.
MIL’S attaches great importance to the quality of its products, the monitoring and maintenance of its machines. Therefore, the parts warranty is original from the manufacturer. Maintenance kits are packaged and priced to respond quickly to unforeseen or planned requests. We have detailed maintenance plans at your disposal for all equipment.
During the repair period of your pump, MIL’S offers you a rental service, depending on your level of urgency. Our after-sales service also specializes in the reconditioning of vacuum pumps and manages a stock of used equipment.
Pumps and power stations may be in contact with corrosive or even toxic processes. In order to make contaminated equipment suitable for use, we suggest sending it back to us so that it can be treated by our approved decontamination center before being returned to you.
The procedures followed to decontaminate the equipment in question allow us to determine the cause of the contamination, so you will be informed.
Loan and rental of vacuum pumps
The loan of a MIL’S vacuum pump is possible when you wish to validate your process before industrialization.
Thanks to our stock of vacuum pumps and compressors, we can offer you equipment equivalent to yours, in the event of immobilization of the latter in the repair department, for maintenance or servicing, in order not to penalize your production.
Warranty and warranty extension
MIL’S guarantees the equipment installed on all sites. It is 12 months after commissioning, 18 months maximum after shipment.
It is possible to obtain an extension of the warranty period on request.
